2. Purpose
This website is a personal portfolio. Its purpose is to show its owner's web design and development projects and to make it easy for people or companies interested in his work to get in touch. No products or services are sold through it.
The /demos/ folder hosts demonstration copies of some projects so they can be visited. They are work samples: their forms do not send data to anyone, and any names, prices, phone numbers or offers shown in the fictional concepts are not real. Links to live websites and to GitHub lead to external sites, for whose content and policies this website is not responsible.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
The design, code, texts and images on this website are the work of its owner unless stated otherwise. Reproducing, distributing or transforming them without express permission is prohibited.
The screenshots show projects designed and developed by the owner. Any trade names and third-party trademarks that may appear belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to identify the project.
Some of the projects are design concepts for fictional brands, created as professional exercises. Any resemblance to real brands, companies or places is coincidental and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship or business relationship with them.
The website uses third-party software and typefaces under open licences (anime.js, Lenis and Three.js under the MIT licence; Geist and Instrument Serif under the SIL Open Font License), hosted on this server. Their licence notices are in this file.

The owner tries to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or permanently available. He accepts no liability for damage arising from the use of the published information or for service interruptions beyond his control.
