Summary
This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and loads no third-party resources (except the Rick and Morty demo, explained below). The only personal data processed is what you type into the contact form, and only to reply to you.

2. What data is processed and why
When you send the contact form, your name, email address, reason and message are processed. They are used solely to read your message and reply to you. They are not used to send you advertising, and no automated decisions are made with them.
3. Legal basis
Your consent (article 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation), which you give by ticking the box before sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time by asking through the contact form.
4. How long the data is kept
For as long as the conversation you start lasts and, at most, one year after the last contact, unless it leads to an employment or professional relationship that requires keeping it longer. After that it is deleted.
5. Recipients
Your data is not shared with anyone. These providers are involved in making the form work:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): the service that receives the form and forwards it to my inbox. It may process data outside the European Economic Area.
- Microsoft (Outlook / Hotmail): the provider of the inbox where the message arrives.
- The website's hosting provider, which may record technical connection data (such as the IP address) in its server logs for security reasons.
If you would rather your data did not go through FormSubmit, there is a direct contact email in the legal notice.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by asking through the contact form or at the email in the legal notice. If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7. Minors
The form is not intended for children under 14. If you are under 14, please do not send personal data.
8. Cookies and local storage
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social media tools. It does not load fonts, scripts or images from third-party servers either.
The project demos in the /demos/ folder are served from this same domain and do not load third-party resources either, with one exception: the Rick and Morty demo queries the public API rickandmortyapi.com to display the characters, so that service receives the IP address of whoever opens it. Links to live websites and to GitHub take you to external sites with their own policies.
It only stores two technical preferences in your browser (local storage), which do not identify you and are not sent to any server:
